YOGA PORTE APERTE
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that Loctus Pocus will be opening it's doors to the public for the event "Yoga porte Aperte" again this year on January 30th and 31st. It is organized by YANI (Yoga Asociazione Nazionale Insegnanti) of which I am a member.
Here is the timetable at Lotus Pocus;
Saturday 30th January;
10.30 Hatha yoga
14.45 Kundalini
16.00 Hatha yoga
Sunday 31st January;
10.30 Hatha yoga
12.00 Kundalini
16.00 Ashanga
Members of Lotus Pocus are encouraged to try out classes different from their own, including at other center's. To find information about other classes and centers plus timetables of classes please look at this link HERE;
